Bloombreed Schools secures multiple medals and overall 3rd place at the Port Harcourt Club Swimming Competition, showcasing excellence in swimming and teamwork.
Bloombreed Schools recorded another impressive achievement at the Port Harcourt Club Swimming Competition held on 2nd May 2026 at the Port Harcourt Club.
The competition brought together talented young swimmers from various schools, providing a platform for athletes to demonstrate speed, technique, and endurance across multiple events. Bloombreed learners rose to the occasion with outstanding performances, earning top finishes in both individual and team categories.
Leading the charge was Joy S., who delivered a remarkable performance by securing gold in the 25m Freestyle Girls event. She further played a pivotal role in the girls’ relay team, contributing to another gold medal finish in the 4 x 25m Freestyle Relay.
The relay team – comprising Joy S., Natalie A., Briella J., and Chidera C. – demonstrated excellent coordination, speed, and teamwork to clinch the top spot.
In the boys’ category, Bloombreed swimmers also made their mark. Desmond K. secured a silver medal in the 25m Freestyle Boys event, while Richard N. earned a bronze medal in the same category, further strengthening the school’s medal tally.
